Introduction

This has been one of my frequent prayers, that God would make me an encourager, one who refreshes others.

An encourager is one who makes encouraging a high priority and thinks of ways to encourage others.

As a child of God I have a responsibility to become an encourager.

On this site  I will share with you some  of the storms that have come my way. I'm sure there are people out there that has went through similer storms or are going through them right now. I assure you that God will see you through. What He has done for others He will do for you.

He's in the midst of your storm. He's in the valley you go through. And where two or three are gathered in His name, He'll be there too. He's with you now. Our Lord is in your midst.

I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for His grace and mercy that has brought me through so many trials, tests and storms of life. Not for just bringing me through them, but for being there with me. For reminding me daily that I am His child, and no one or anything can seperate us. I thank Him for being the very breath that I breathe, and for being closer to me than any earthly person could ever be.

I thank Him for equiping me to do what he has called me to do.

Please bear with me as I am very nervous at preparing this site. I need your prayers but more importantly I need God's annointing. Without his annointing I can do nothing. But with His annointing I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.

This site is intended to bring glory and honor to my heavenly Father and to bless His name. Also to bring refreshment to others. I am not perfect by any means, but I am a vessel willing to be used by God.

As a vessel I must accept the way God made me. I am a vessel of clay. I must be emptied of self to make room for God. I must allow God to cleanse me even if the process is painful.

I must be filled and refilled with the living water of the

 Holy Spirit. I must pour out my life in ministry as God directs me.

I want to say a special thank you to a special friend who one day said "you know you have a writing ability, you really should write some devotionals, you know you really should".

Thank you for your confidence in me and for encouraging me to write.

I dedicate this site to my Heavenly father for enabling me to do what He has gifted me to do. All that I am I owe to Him.

I desire to be a vessel that God can use, therefore I must spend time in His presence. I must discern what the Father wants me to do. he wants me to be available to Him. He provides the energy and enables me to do as He wants. He delights in chosing the most unlikely person to work for Him. I am one of those unlikely persons. I must take action when the Holy Spirit prompts me to do something. When God gives me the go ahead He will give me the strength and direction to do so.  I must not run ahead of God. And I should expect the unexpected.
